| The D.R. Harris apothecary was established in 1790 on St James's Street, London, in the heart of gentlemen’s clubland. Since its foundation this family business has served the gentry and the Court of St. James’s, and in 1938 was granted the Royal Warrant as chemists to HM Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. Continuing the tradition, in 2002 D.R. Harris and Co. was granted the Royal Warrant at Chemists to HRH The Prince of Wales. Over the years, loyal customers have ranged from Ambassadors and Statesmen, Field Marshals and Admirals, to rakes and dandies. All of D.R. Harris’s preparations are handmade and packaged on the company's premises in London using the same traditional methods developed over 200 years ago. |
