Lulu Guinness is famed for her blend of retro glamour and modern chic. British designer Lulu Guinness's playful bag designs first made an appearance in 1989 and have since become international icons with a considerable celebrity following.

To coincide with Valentines Day 2011, Lulu Guinness launched a limited edition tote bag to raise funds for Action on Addiction. The tote bag featured her classic lips design, and is available worldwide.

LULU GUINNESS BACKGROUND

Lulu Guinness launched her company in 1989, with designs that attracted immediate plaudits in the fashion press. There are now Lulu Guinness stores in London, New York and Tokyo, as well as concessions in luxury department stores, including Harrods, Selfridges and Fortnum and Mason. Lulu personally designs the interiors of her own stores, ensuring they capture the unique essence of her brand.
Various Lulu Guinness bags are included in the permanent fashion collection at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Her handbags are all collectibles, and destined like other works of art to become future heirlooms. In 2006 Lulu was awarded an OBE from the Queen for her services to British fashion.
